* First photos selected of Esteban for the missing person flyers were intended to show him at his worst appearance, since it was suspected he would not have shaved or groomed for days.  Those rare photos were from a camping trip, but some news people used the images to wrongly interpret his character which may be additionally responsible for the limited media coverage received.  A lesson learned.
