Abduction & Murder followed by police and government  political corruption

in Garland, Texas, U.S.A.

Beginning on 1/5/ 2003 - Garland Police leadership choose to discriminate and ignore a parent's desperate pleas for their urgent and immediate help to locate their missing teenage son. -  A young and very precious life is suspected to be at risk and may be lost.  Later when the police secretly learned about his abduction and murder, an immediate nefarious official misconduct and conspiracy to cover-up follows as Garland police investigators and its leadership calculatedly manipulate, plant and tamper with the investigation's evidence, obstruct justice, wrongfully influence the final determination of the manner of death and close a homicide investigation by employing calculated fabricated circumstantial and selected limited physical evidence.  Police case records were immediately sealed to the Salazar family and public by the Garland police to obstruct justice and hinder any possible criminal and civil prosecution against the murderers and themselves for their conspiracy in this cover-up of a abduction/homicide investigation and their very serious civil rights violations.  Esteban is later falsely charged  and condemned to his own murder.  It has been reported in 2005 that Esteban's body had been badly mutilated before his death.  A trail of calculated fabricated evidence was carved by these Garland police investigators and outline this official police cover-up which later includes the support of certain city officials and council members.  Other local, county, state and federal law enforcement agencies were manipulated into becoming unknowing participants in this conspiracy.

What has followed since; an ignominy illustrated and supported by an imbroglio city misled with disregard for honesty and integrity, a deficiency in morality, with an abundance of racial bias and profiling and filled with ignorance and corruption. 

Discovered and reported are links to organized Asian crime and not limited to suspected drug trafficking and illegal gambling (Triads-Asian Business leaders) involving businesses and real estate investments used as fronts for illegal activities.  They have been reported and ignored by the Garland police and city officials.  Some of these individuals are associated to very reputable "old money" families in Dallas, Texas.  At the very least this limited knowledge was sufficient motive to have Esteban terminated, once they learned he was severing ties, by any of these criminals.  His will to severe his association with this family became fatal but he was not going to continue being manipulated.  Uncovering this malicious crime and its publicity would have had a great negative impact to the huge local economic boom which has been generated by Asian business and immigration into this area.

The Salazar family has never asked for any special treatment or to receive the heartless rhetorical sympathy and phony spiritual support from the city of Garland leading officials.  They only requested that they provide afforded public safety services and uphold the laws of the state of Texas and the constitution of the United States and demanded respect.  Instead what they received was cruel and unusual punishment through their deliberate offensive actions and official misconduct.  The worst event following the abduction and murder of your child is to know that deliberate obvious and documented lies were blatantly fabricated and used to close its investigation and police records; and that all those responsible have enjoyed the unruly protection from politicians and law enforcement.  They continue to discriminate by taking away the civil rights to petition government and follow procedural due process.  This malady gives enough reason for any caring parent to never cease efforts of finding truth and justice for their loved one.
